Founder’s Story
Hello, I’m Susan Gatti former learning executive turned entrepreneur, business owner and reformed workplace scaredy-cat. Because it wasn’t comfortable for me to express myself, I didn't.
Instead, I put on my "professional game-face" and went along to get along, hiding my true potential, withholding valuable wisdom and losing my cool when challenged.
Disruptive Spark® was born from my own desire to stop pretending, to find my voice and to build community with others.
